Privacy Policy
Last updated October 17, 2026
This policy explains what data is collected by this website (https://brandonperezdev.com) and by the applications listed on the Developer & Integrations page, operated by Brandon Perez (“I”, “me”).
1. This website
- No tracking. The site does not use advertising, analytics cookies, or third-party trackers.
- Server logs. The hosting provider may automatically log technical data such as IP address, browser type, and requested pages for security and reliability. These logs are kept for a limited time by the provider.
- Contact form. When you send a message, your name, email address, topic, and message are delivered to my private inbox by email through an email delivery provider (Resend) so I can reply. They are not used for marketing and are not sold or shared. If spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) is enabled, Cloudflare processes limited technical data to tell people and bots apart.
2. Applications and integrations
The applications I operate are personal automation tools. They connect only to accounts that I own or manage, after I sign in and grant access through the platform's official authorization screen (OAuth). Specifically:
- Data accessed: basic account and channel profile information, media I upload or schedule, and performance metrics (views, likes, comments) for my own content, limited to the permissions shown on the consent screen.
- How it is used: to publish and manage my own content and to review its performance. Nothing else.
- Storage: access tokens and data are stored on infrastructure I control, are never sold, and are not shared with third parties except the platform the data came from.
- No other users: these applications do not collect data about other people beyond what the platform returns for my own content (for example, public comments on my posts).
Google and YouTube
Applications that use YouTube API Services are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google data is handled according to the Google Privacy Policy. Their use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke access at any time from your Google security settings.
Other platforms
Integrations with other platforms (for example Meta/Instagram or TikTok) follow the same rules and those platforms' own developer terms. Access can be revoked from each platform's app or security settings.
3. Retention
Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to respond. Application tokens are deleted when access is revoked or no longer needed. Cached metrics are deleted when no longer useful.
4. Your rights and data deletion
You can ask what data I hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion by contacting the contact form. I will respond within 30 days. If you connected an account to one of my applications, you can also revoke access directly in that platform's settings, which immediately stops any further access.
5. Security
Secrets are never stored in source code, connections use HTTPS, and access is limited to the minimum scopes required.
6. Children
This website and these applications are not directed at children under 13 and do not knowingly collect their personal data.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, the “last updated” date above will change. Material changes will be noted on this page.
8. Contact
